| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查法、访谈法、理论统计法,对内蒙古东部城市不同年龄群体参加体育锻炼特征进行调查,客观的反映少数民族地区这一特殊群体锻炼目的、锻炼时间、时段,喜爱的项目、活动场所等,并对其影响不同年龄居民参加体育锻炼的因素进行了分析.

| Abstract: | Adopted the methods of the documentary analysis,questionnaire investigation,mathematic statistics,this study conducted an investigation research in order to explore the characteristics of sports participation of groups at different ages in eastern cities of the Inner Mongolia.This study indicated objectively the purpose of the exercise,the exercise time,time periods and loved sports,sports places and so on in the areas of minority.The main factors which impacted on the sport participation of residents at different ages were analyzed. |
