福建外向型中小企业发展路径研究

随着福建外向型中小企业的不断发展壮大，对我省外贸的拉动作用日益明显。但在国内外经济形势动荡变化的背景下，外向型中小企业的生存遇到了前所未有的挑战。通过实地调研，针对福建外向型中小企业发展现状及特点，按照先外部后内部的顺序，运用SWOT方法对外向型中小企业进行详细分析，然后提出促进我省外向型中小企业发展的路径选择有：切实解决融资难问题；实施品牌带动发展战略；走产业集群发展的道路；由外向型向内向型转型。

Study On the Developing Route of Small and Medium-sized Export-oriented Enterprises in Fujian

With the constant development of the small and medium-sized export-oriented enterprises in it is obvious that the foreign trades in our province are being promoted day by day. But with the backgroun changing Fujian, d of the domestic and international economic situation turbulence, it is an unprecedented challenge to these enter- prises＇ survival. Through the on-the-spot survey and research, this paper directs at the current development situation and characteristics of these small and medium-sized enterprises in Fujian, uses the SWOT Method to analyze in detail these enterprises from the outer to the inside, and then puts forward the route choices of promoting the development of them. They are solutions to the problem of financing, strategies of development from the brands drive, development of industry cluster, and transition from export-oriented to internally-oriented enterprises.
