金属材料冷拉拔强迫润滑机理研究

摘    要:在金属材料冷拉拔加工过程中实现流体动力润滑可以有效的降低摩擦力、提高金属材料的变形程度、产品的质量和模具的使用寿命。实现强迫润滑的主要影响因素是:接触压力、润滑剂的黏度、接触表面的温度和相对滑动的速度、以及锥管的长度和斜度等。并通过试验证明:润滑剂出口端内部的压力与润滑剂薄膜的厚度与润滑剂的黏度η、坯料的运动速度u1、增压管的长度B2、斜度tanα成正比,而与进口端的间隙ε1及出口端间隙ξ22成反比。

Abstract:The Hydro-Dynamic Lubricantion may decrease the surface friction,raise deformed degree,the surface quality of product and the life of dies in the cold drawing technology of metal. Primary factors of the enforced lubrication include: the contact press,viscosity of lubricant,temperature and relatively speed of the contact surfaces,the length and taper of the booster tube etc. The inside press of lubricant in exit are in direct proportion to the thick and viscosity of lubricant film,the motional speed of the blank ,the length B2 and taper of the booster , and in inverse proportion to the gap of inlet ,and the gap of exit that's proved through experiments.
