| 摘 要： | “1+X”证书制度是一种制度创新,职业院校正大力开展试点工作。通过以长江职业学院新能源汽车技术专业的实践为例,从“双师型”师资队伍建设、教材建设和实训条件建设入手,开展智能新能源汽车领域“1+X”课证融通建设,依据国家职业标准和职业技能等级标准制定实操考核标准,按照培训评价组织的要求完成考核,以推动人才培养模式和评价模式的改革,并为其他职业院校提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | It is apparent that"1+X"certificate system is a kind of institutional innovation.Vocational collegesvigorously carry out pilot work.TakingThe paper tries to construct the fusion of"1+X"certificate and course license in smart new energy vehicles field by taking Changjiang Polytechnicas the sample.It is essential to build double qualified teacher team,enhance textbook edition and improve training condition.The purpose is ensure the fusion of"1+X"certificate and course license in smart new energy vehicles field.Also,it is necessary to formulate practice standard as per national professional standards.In sort,it is important to promote the reform of the talent cultivation model. |
