| 摘 要： | 从时政新闻、民生新闻、公共新闻到时政新闻民生化，中国电视新闻传播观念在不断更新。这一嬗变过程的重要意义在于激发了业界、学界的探索力，促使人们认真审视新闻的本质、媒体的角色、媒体与受众及政府之间的关系，这对于新闻事业的健康发展具有重要意义。
