| Abstract: | Five relationships,that between the maintenance of individualities of minorities and the citizenship awareness,that between the promotion of the legal culture of minority peoples and the establishment of socialist legal rule notions,that between religious freedom and the maintenance of the authority of the law and that between the guarantee of self-governance and the legal unity of the nation,should be well managed for the purpose of implementing the basic strategy of lawful governance in minority areas. |
