| 摘 要： | 为了科学直观地评价服务外包产业集群的竞争力,首先在产业集群竞争力评价"帕—吉GEM"模型的基础上增加产业链要素"C",构建了C-GEM模型及其指标体系,然后对2007年以来无锡市服务外包产业集群的竞争力变化进行了综合评价和比较分析。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the competitiveness of outsourcing industrial cluster scientifically and intuitively,the paper first builds a C-GEM model and its index system through adding an element of industrial chain based on the GEM model.Then,the paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation and comparative analysis on the competitiveness changes of Wuxi outsourcing industrial cluster since 2007. |
