| 摘 要： | 关系资本是近年来学者研究的一个新课题,是智力资本的重要组成部分。但关系资本的内涵是什么,有何种属性,还没有明确的分析和论述。通过对已有文献的研究,分析关系资本的内涵及属性,搭建企业关系资本的概念框架。最后提出企业关系资本研究展望。

| Abstract: | Relationship capital is a new topic in academic research in recent years.It is an important component of intellectual capital.But what is the meaning of relationship capital?Based on the existing research literature,the paper analyzes the meaning and property of capital relationship,and builds a conceptual framework for enterprise relationship capital.Finally,it proposes the future research on enterprise relational capital. |
