Abstract:This paper,on the basis of previous reviews,studies mainly the effect of bureaucratic culture,supportive culture and innovative culture on different type of learning activities.This analysis reinforces our understanding of the way for team learning,and provides theoretical guidance for a better and more effective team learning.
