| 摘 要： | 选择适合的知识管理战略是职业院校适应竞争及生存的需要。知识管理战略分为"编码化战略"和"个性化战略",在面对不同情境、不同的专业以及不同的对象时,职业院校所采用的知识管理战略都会有所不同,如何选择切实的知识管理战略,则需要对其影响因素进行深入地分析和研究。

| Abstract: | Adopting the right knowledge management strategy is the need of competition and survival for vocational colleges.Knowledge management strategy is divided into"codification strategy" and"personalization strategy".When facing different situations,different specialties and different objects,vocational colleges usually adopt the different knowledge management strategy.The issue of how to choose an appropriate knowledge management strategy practically needs further and in-depth analysis. |
