高校学术交流的问题、对策和建议

通过分析高校学术交流工作中存在的问题,提出规范学术交流管理制度,使学术交流活动管理有目标,活动有计划；提高学术交流质量,营造宽松的学术氛围；设立学术交流活动专项经费,向“冷学科”、“边缘学科”、“综合性学科”倾斜,向年青的科研人员倾斜；建立学术交流活动的激励机制,肯定组织者的工作量等促进高校学术交流的对策和建议.

Problems, Strategies and Suggestions of Academic Interactions in Universities

As an indispensable environmental condition and factor of its function and development,academic interaction is an organic composition of a university’ s work.By analyzing the existing problems in the academic interaction work,the present study poses the management regulations to standardize the academic interaction thus making the activity management has a purpose and a plan,suggests to raise the quality of academic interaction and create the relaxing academic atmosphere,suggests to set up special funds to tilt the "cold disciplines","marginal disciplines","comprehensive disciplines" and the young scientific researchers,and suggests to set up the encouraging system and acknowledge the work load of the organizers to facilitate the prosperity of the academic interaction in universities.
