安徽省主导产业的选择与发展方向

确立先进性、发展性、带动性、适应性、竞争性、难易性和风险性等7个产业属性,并选取33个产业集群作为安徽省的候选主导产业。依据专家打分得到7个产业属性的相对权重,再采用定量的方法对这33个候选主导产业进行属性评估,运用群体层次分析法和证据推理等方法得到每一个候选主导产业的综合评价结果,供选择主导产业时参考。在产业论证和产业选择的基础上,进一步定性分析候选主导产业的发展情况,确定安徽省的"四主导一中心"的发展方向。

Direction of Developing and Selecting Dominant Industry in Anhui Province

Firstly,we establish 7 industrial properties and select 33 industrial colonies as candidates for the dominant industry of Anhui province in this paper.Then,based on the score evaluated by some experts,we get the relative weight of 7 industrial properties and evaluate properties of 33 candidate dominant industry using quantitative method.Moreover,we obtain a comprehensive evaluation of each candidate dominant industry using group analytic hierarchy process(GAHP) and evidence reasoning.It can provide some references for the decision-makers to select dominant industry.Finally,based on industry demonstration and industry selection,we further analyze the development of candidate dominant industry qualitatively and determine the industry development direction of Anhui province.
