| 摘 要： | 长期以来,诸多领域对信任的研究主要集中于初始信任的建立和发展。然而,信任违背和破坏却是一种常态。破坏后的信任该如何修复?近年来受到国内外学者的关注和重视。本文从信任修复内容、信任修复方式和信任修复机制三个方面对现有文献进行梳理,最终提出有待深入研究的问题。

| Abstract: | The research of trust focuses on the initial-trust building and development in many areas.However,the trust violation and destruction is normal.How to restore and rebuild the destruction of trust? It gets much concern from western scholars in recent years.The paper defines the content of trust repair;followed by summary and analysis on trust repair methods and mechanism;and finally it puts forward some questions to be in-depth research. |
