| 摘 要： | 分析传统项目周期计算方法的局限性,提出一个基于设计结构矩阵(DSM)的项目进度计划模型。模型中充分考虑了任务的搭接关系对项目进度的影响。通过实例说明了该模型可以有效地缩短项目周期,为项目进度管理提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the limitition of triditional method of calculating project cycle and puts forward a project schedule model based on Design Structure Matrix(DSM).This model fully consides the task of dependencies or logical relationships to the influence of the project schedule.This paper further explains that this model can effectively shorten the project cycle and provide project schedule management with new perspectives. |
