| Abstract: | Requirements for scientific research administrator in the new era are discussed preliminarily in this paper.With the constant development of science and technology,and the deepening in administration system reform,new issues of the scientific research management would appear in growing numbers.Ideological and professional quality would be the basic requirements for scientific research administrator.Furthermore,enriching the professional knowledge of management and improving one’s own work ability would be important to cater to new situations. |
