| 摘 要： | 高层管理团队认知特征是直接影响团队共享心智模型的重要因素,也在很大程度上决定了团对决策一致性和决策质量。将从认知特征的概念入手,综述高管团队认知特征的具体分类,以及有关高管团队认知特征热点研究,并指出了未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | The cognitive characteristics of top management team have a direct impact on the team shared mental model,which are important factors of consistency and quality of group decision-making.This paper starts with the concept of cognitive characteristics and summarizes the categories of cognitive characteristics on top management team.Further,we expound the hot research areas of cognitive characteristics and indicate the directions of future researches. |
