高校工科大学生科技创业模式研究

针对工科大学生综合素质好,专业知识和创业意识强的特点,以工科大学生创业模式为研究对象,通过分析国外经典创业模式及我国大学生创业特点,从系统工程角度出发,结合高校优势资源,提出一种以技术创新为途径,以科研成果为产品的科技创业模式,并研究其要素构成、各要素关系及其运行模式。目的是提高大学生创业效率,促进创业成功,进而带动就业。

Research on model of science and technology entrepreneurship for engineering students

According to the engineering students’ features that comprehensive quality is good,professional knowledge and awareness is strong,with engineering students’ entrepreneurial model as the research object,through the analysis of foreign classic entrepreneurial mode and university Students’ innovative undertaking features in China,combined with the resources of university,following the system engineering,the author put forward an model of science and technology entrepreneurship for engineering students,taking technological innovation as the way and taking scientific research as products,and research on the elements of this model,the relationship of the elements and operation mode.The purpose is to improve the efficiency of engineering Students entrepreneurship,promote business success and stimulate employment.
