模糊需求下基于收益共享三级供应链协调研究

供应链内各企业的协调问题是供应链管理的核心问题。针对一个由供应商--制造商--零售商构成的三层供应链,在考虑市场需求为模糊变量的情况下,通过不确定理论分别建立了基于可信度分布的集成供应链模型和收益共享契约模型,并求出最优策略,进而验证结果的正确性。结果表明,零售商以及制造商的最优订购量在模糊需求中心点的左、右浮动。此外,不同的收益分配系数对应不同的批发价格策略;通过选取适当的收益分配系数可以实现供应链各成员之间的完美协调。

Study on three-level supply chain coordination based on revenue sharing under fuzzy demand

The supply chain coordination problems is the core of the management of supply chain.This paper studied a three-level supply chain with one supplier,one manufacturer and one retailer,considering the market demand under the influence of fuzzy variables.Through the establishment of uncertain theory,designed the model of integrated supply chain and revenue sharing contract based on the feasibility of distribution,then got the optimal strategy.Finally,through numerical examples to accurate the results.This paper shows that the optimal order of the retailers and manufacturers floated nearby the center of fuzzy demand.In addition,different income distribution coefficient corresponded to different wholesale price,to get the coordination between the members of supply chain by select the appropriate income distribution coefficient.
