| Abstract: | Case-task based teaching mode is conducted in the vocational school food nutrition courses. The basic flow is as follows： introducing the cases—analyzing the cases—communicating the cases—presenting the task—implementing the task—sharing the task. Its main features are： （1） case introduction and knowledge exploration; （2） task derivation and integration of doing with studying. The teaching practice indicates that the mode is helpful in cultivating the students’ comprehensive professional abilities. |
