摘    要:在中职食品营养教学中探索案例-任务式教学模式,基本流程为:引入案例-分析案例-交流案例-呈现任务-实施任务-交流任务。主要特点为:案例引导,探究知识;任务驱动,做学一体。教学实践表明,此模式有利于培养学生的综合职业能力。

Abstract:Case-task based teaching mode is conducted in the vocational school food nutrition courses. The basic flow is as follows: introducing the cases—analyzing the cases—communicating the cases—presenting the task—implementing the task—sharing the task. Its main features are: (1) case introduction and knowledge exploration; (2) task derivation and integration of doing with studying. The teaching practice indicates that the mode is helpful in cultivating the students’ comprehensive professional abilities.
