| 摘 要： | 在哈尔滨市外商直接投资金额不断增长的背景下,外商直接投资技术溢出效益如何成为备受关注的问题。为了验证外商直接投资是否对哈尔滨市的经济发展存在技术溢出效应,分析哈尔滨市利用外商直接投资的基本特征,并运用1991—2009年的数据进行实证分析。回归分析结果说明哈尔滨市外商直接投资存在正的技术溢出效应,但该效应并不显著。认为可以通过改善外商直接投资的政策环境,提高外商直接投资规模,引导外商直接投资进入技术密集型行业等措施提高哈尔滨外商直接投资的技术溢出效应。

| Abstract: | With the increase of the value of foreign direct investment in Harbin,the technical spillover effect of foreign direct investment in Harbin has become a hot issue.In order to test the technical spillover effect of foreign direct invest on Harbin’s economic development,this thesis analyses the basic features of foreign direct investment in Harbin,and the data of year 1991 to year 2009 are used to made a positivist analysis.The regression results shows the technical spillover effect of foreign direct investment in Harbin does exist,but the effect is not obvious.Through bettering the foreign direct investment policy environment,improving the value of foreign direct investment and guiding the foreign direct investment into the technology intensive industries,the spillover effect of foreign direct investment in Harbin can be improved. |
