| Abstract: | Along with fast growth of Chinese macro-economy and China's entry to World Trade Organization,domestic commercial real estate has also obtained rapid development in recent years,and the commercial real estate investors are meeting their unprecedented opportunities in Nantong,accompanied by many unknown risks at the same time.Fully understanding the existence of these risks will be helpful to an investor in making his correct choice.Meanwhile from macroscopic aspect,preventing the risk is also beneficial for the healthy development of Nantong commercial real estate market. |
