教育智慧的呼唤与生成

摘    要:时代发展、新课改、教师专业发展、教师生命质量的提升呼唤教育智慧,但教育实践中教师教育智慧处于缺失状态.文章提出通过创造教育智慧生成的外部条件:创建共同愿景、创建校本培训模式、创设终身学习的氛围,以及内部条件:认识教育智慧的价值、对学生的爱、反思、参加创造性实践,来促进教育智慧的生成与提升.

Abstract:Development of the times,new Curriculum reform,teacher's professional developmen,teacher's life mass calling for the teacher's educational wisdom,But in the educational practice,teacher's wisdom in flaw state.Provide the external condition,for example,Establish common wish scenery,establish school training pattern,establish lifelong study atmosphere,as well as internal condition,such as understand education wisdom's value,love student,reflection,participat creativity practice may promote the education wisdom to product and promot.
