| 摘 要： | 在分析高校小区当前现状的基础上，提出物业服务标准化的建议，并阐述了设立健全的组织机构、提供优质的保洁绿化服务、建立规范的小区居民装修管理流程、配套充足的安全保卫队伍等七项标准化服务的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation of the current university community, this paper put forward advices on property service standardization, and described six standardization service measures as es- tablishing a sound organization, providing the high rating management process for community residents, quality cleaning and greening service, setting up deco- and supporting adequate security team. |
