| 摘 要： | 法律效果与社会效果相统一是近年来我国司法机关的主流用语。法律效果与社会效果的内涵是什么,两者相统一提出的背景是什么,两者是否能够做到完全统一,实践中出现的问题有哪些。笔者对此进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The term of the unification of law effect and society effect has been popular in recent years.The question is how to come into this unification？ The writer,in this paper,makes an analysis of the connotations and background of the law effect and society effect,puts forward some questions if the two effects achieve the unification and what problems will appear in practice. |
