| 摘 要： | 大学城开设公共外语选修课程是一个崭新的系统工程，它既满足了学校的需要，也满足了学生的需求，形成了学校和学生之间的宽松和谐、双向良性联动的发展格局。论文对大学城实现公共外语选修课程的时代背景和基础条件进行了分析，探讨了实现该理念的具体方法和途径。
