| 摘 要： | 专利信息传播对于促进国家经济发展、实现科技创新具有十分重要的现实意义。本文在对欧美日韩专利信息公益性传播的政策扶持、资源建设、服务模式、人才培养等方面进行研究与分析的基础上,提出了我国专利信息传播在制度环境、网络平台、服务体系以及服务内容等方面的改进与完善建议,对于实现国家科技强国战略、促进我国专利信息的传播和有效利用,提供了决策支持。

| Abstract: | Patent information dissemination is of great practical significance to promote national economic development and realize scientific and technological innovation.Based on the research and analysis of the policy support,resource construction,service mode and personnel training of patent information commonweal communication in Europe,America,Japan and South Korea,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the improvement and perfection of the system environment,network platform,service system and service content of patent information dissemination in China,so as to realize the strategy of strengthening the country with science and technology,promote the dissemination of and effective usepatent in our country. |
