| 摘 要： | 当前,随着高校离退休党支部出现的新情况、新问题,在高校推动离退休学习型党支部建设,对于发扬党的优良传统,维护稳定大局,具有十分重要的作用。为此,在为老人本服务中落实学习型党支部建设的常态化;在真情凝聚人心中推动学习型党支部建设的目标化;在宣传典型示范中完善学习型党支部建设的制度化。
