| 摘 要： | 政治文明建设必须具有世界眼光,不仅因为政治文明是人类政治实践活动的积极成果,也是全球化时代的迫切要求。要树立政治文明建设的世界眼光,必须具有四个基本理论,即承认多元化、尊重客观的求实态度。海纳百川、有容乃大的包容胸怀,以我为主、博采众长的辨证思维,与时俱进、开拓进取的创新精神。

| Abstract: | Political civilization construction must have the world foresight. Political Civilization is not only an active achievements in mankind political practice, but also an urgent demand in the time of globalization. To establish the political civilization construction must have four basic theories. It includes a matter-of-fact attitude, a forgiving nature, a dialectical thought anda creative spirit. |
