摘    要:新课程改革背景下,传统的校本教研已经远远不能满足广大教师对课程实施和发展的需要.网络教研是一种基于网络的新型教研模式,为教师的自我反思、同伴互助和专家引领提供平台,为教师提供及时、多样、丰富、便捷的专业支持.文章首先介绍了网络教研的目标和作用、网络教研的优势,然后详细阐述了面向教师专业化发展的网络教研的有效实施策略,为促进教师专业化发展提供了新的思路.

Abstract:Under the background of new curriculum reform, traditional school-based teaching and research cannot meet the needs of the majority of teachers in curriculum implementation and development. Network educa- tional research is a new model based on network, which provides a platform for teachers' self reflection, peer coac- hing and expert guidance, to provide timely, diversity, rich, convenient and professional support for teachers. This paper first introduces the objectives and advantage of network educational research, then elaborates on the effective implementation of the strategy of network based on teachers' professional development, and provides a new way to promote the professional development of teachers.
