论利益让渡与全球可持续发展

“全球问题”的显现导致人类在生存方式上面临“一损俱损、一荣共荣”的发展格局。因此，确立和实行利益让渡原则，是寻求各国度各民族的特殊利益和人类共同利益之间的某种契合或均衡，以实现全球可持续发展的的重要路径。本文从阐明利益让渡原则得以产生的时代背景和现实根据入手，剖析了可持续发展的平等原则及其伦理难题，并就利益让渡原则实施的可能性和可行性等问题作了初步探讨。

A Study of Interest Transfer and Global Sustainable Development

With the appearing of global problem,our living style has faced a new situation which could be called "one with all prospering or declining as one".Therefore,developing and carrying out a principle of interest transfer should be an important way to seek some agreement or balance between every nation's particular interest and human beings' common interests,we would then reach the aim of global sustainable development.According to the historical background and realistic basis on which the principle of transfer is constructed,this paper dissects the principle of equality in sustainable development and its ethical problem,it also gives a preliminary exploration on the possibility and feasibility of carrying out the principle of interest transfer.
