| 摘 要： | 《请君民合治满汉不分折》是康有为于1898年6月上书光绪帝,反映其民族国家话语的代表性奏折.该折集中体现了康有为关于近代中国政体转型的设计、君主立宪体制下的处理国内民族关系的设想、以及近代民族关系认同符号等思想,即“君民合治、满汉不分、合为中华”.康有为的民族主义话语在近代中国产生了深远的影响.
