我国大陆地区教师专业化过程研究述评

摘    要:教师专业化是近年来教育研究中的热点问题,而专业化过程的研究又是其中的重中之重,因为它对于探索教师成长规律具有重要价值.我国大陆地区该项研究包括发展阶段研究、特定阶段研究、教师类型研究等,本文对此进行了较为全面的梳理和评析.

Abstract:During these years, the study of teacher professionalization is one of hot issues in educational research, while the study on the course of teacher professionalization is of utmost importance, because the latter's value is significant to explore the regularity of teacher development. In mainland, it includes the study of development stages, the study of some specific stage, the study of teacher type and so forth. In this thesis, the writer manages to go through and review these studies from different perspectives.
