就业冰河期对高职英语教学的影响及对策

目前，我国经济受美国次贷危机引发的金融危机影响．造成大学生就业困难。就业形势严峻导致高职生自我职业定位偏低而出现英语学习无用的思想。这种就业冰河期的大形势下针对高职英语教学的“瘟疾”：生源英语基础薄弱、教师队伍数量相对不足、高职生大部分有“英语疲劳”症状等，提出应对措施。心理调整、从就业端保障学生对可靠前景的期待、重视高职师资发展、加快基于工作过程系统化高职英语教学改革等．以求走出目前高职英语教学的困境。

The Influence of Employment Ice Age on Students in Higher Vocational Colleges and Countermeasures

At present, the impact of Financial Crisis on Chinas economy resulted in a tough job market even appearance of Em- ployment Ice Age. Based on the weakness of English level about student source, the insufficiency of number of teacher staff and chronic malady of ＂English Fatigue＂, students in higher vocational colleges suffered from negative influence of ＂English Usehssness＂ caused by lower individual job of the expected standard in the Employment Ice Age. The article puts forward that we should make psychological adjustment, guarantee the anticipation of reliable prospect, emphasize vocational teacher development arid speed up the vocational English teaching reform in order to go out of the dilemma.
