摘    要:在当前课程资源普遍紧张的情况下,完全有可能通过各级培训者来推动课程资源结构的优化发展。培训者本身也是课程资源的生命载体,培训者在新课程培训中创造性智慧的释放和创造性价值的实现本身就是课程资源建设的不竭动力。培训者在课程资源的开发与利用上有自身独特的优势,他们比中小学教师有更广阔的学术视野,对本土的课程资源全局有较全面的把握;另一方面,他们又比理论工作者更多地接触到中小学教师和基础教育教学改革实际。各级培训者首先要致力于本地课程资源的开发与利用的研究,更多地发掘、整理并推出本土课程资源;同时,还要在培训中让学员学会因地制宜地开发各种课程资源,懂得如何在课改实践中鉴别、加工、转化与利用课程资源。

Abstract:Currently in lack of curriculum resources, it is most possible to promote the optimized development of curriculum-resources structure by trainers at different levels. Trainers themselves are also the living carrier of curriculum resources and the unexhausted power of the construction of curriculum resources to release wisdom and realize value innovatively in training new curriculum. On the one hand , trainers have their own unique advantage, broader academic view than teachers in primary and middle schools and more complete understanding of local curriculum resources; on the other hand they have more chances to touch teachers in primary and middle schools and the actual reform of basic-education teaching. Above all, trainers at different levels should devote themselves to the research of exploration and use of local curriculum resources and the more excavation, sorting and putting out of local curriculum resources. In the meantime learners can learn in process of training to exploit all kinds of curriculum resources according to local conditions and can know how to distinguish, process, transform and use curriculum resources in the practice of curriculum reform.
