| 摘 要： | 本文从人体的形态结构和生理机能出发,通过与刚体平衡相比较,揭示出人体平衡的特点,阐明了人体平衡的机制,较系统地提出了人体平衡的理论。本文不仅对于体育理论的充实,而且在指导体育实践中,均有一定的价值。

| Abstract: | Having made a comparasion between body balance and rigid body balance, this study has revealed, on the basis of the morphological stru- cture and physiological function of body, the characteristics of body balance, expound the mechanism of it and put forth in a more systematic way the theory of it. The study is of some value to both substantiating the theory and guiding the practice of sports. |
