| 摘 要： | 基层党组织建设是高校开展党员先进性教育活动的主要内容。当前高校基层党组织建设存在诸多与党员先进性要求不相适应的突出问题，因此应以先进性教育活动为契机，创新高校基层党组织建设的思路、方法和机制，切实提高基层党组织的凝聚力与战斗力，夯实党在高校的执政基础。

| Abstract: | The construction of the Party organization at the grassroot levels is the main content of carrying out the advancing education of the Party members in colleges.However,there are still lots of problems that are not in harmony with the advancing education.So it is of great impotence to promote the advancing education,create the new thoughts,methods and working system of the Party organization at the grassroot levels and enhance the integration of the fighting capacity with the purpose of reinforcing the power of the Party leadership in colleges. |
