定向运动对女大学生健康体适能影响的实验研究

摘    要:选取西安理工大学、西北政法大学、西安文理学院和西安工程大学等4所普通高校定向运动选项课的女大学生为研究对象,对其进行为期4个月的定向运动锻炼,探讨定向运动对大学生健康体适能的影响。结果表明:实验后,女大学生的身体成分、上肢肌力无明显变化;柔韧性有所改善,且变化幅度较大;下肢肌耐力和心肺耐力均明显增强。

Abstract:Selecting female students who take elective course of directional movement in Xi'an University of Technology, North- west University of Politics and Law and Xi'an University of Arts and Science for the study, this paper conducts a four-month training, and explores the impact of directional movement for female college students. The result shows that, after the experi- ment, there is no significant change in the body composition and upper limbs, but the flexibility has improved, and the lower limb muscle endurance and eardio respiratory endurance have improved obviously.
