谈谈护理专业教学改革的几点做法

目前,护理人才在我国尚属紧缺人才,护理教育如何适应社会对护理人才素质的要求,是每所学校研究的迫切课题。我院经过近几年的探索取得了一定的成效,主要改革措施为：一是紧紧围绕职业特点制定学分制专业培养计划;二是紧紧依靠行业和行业协会办学,走产学结合的路子;三是精心调整课程结构,强力打造三级平台;四是精心培养三支队伍。

Several Suggestions on the Nursing Teaching Reform

At present,nursing professionals are still greatly needed.It's an urgent subject for every school to make nursing education meet the requirement of the society.Our college has achieve a lot after several-year research and the main reform measures are: firstly,work out a training plan of credit system according to the characteristics of the vocation;secondly,construct the courses depending on the industry and the association of the industry;thirdly,adjust the structure of curriculum carefully and construct three-scale platform;fourthly,construct "three teams".
