| Abstract: | The Decision on Strengthening the Construction of the Party's Being-in-Power Ability by the Central Committee of CPC stresses:In order to promote the cultural and scientific quality of the whole nation,education and science must be put at the first place to advance.To put it into practice,we must deepen our understanding of the great significance of the decision,for it has something to do with the ever-lasting development of economy and society,the construction of the party's being-in-power ability and the strategic arrangement of the construction of socilist modernization. |
