| 摘 要： | 论述了高校学报在稿件质量把关中的种种不合理现象和编辑部责任制度中存在的问题.分析了审稿专家为本校教师,退稿率低,编委作用不能充分发挥和缺乏审稿监督机制是学报论文质量审查中存在的主要问题,而编辑部奖惩制度不完善是期刊发展的重要障碍.最后提出了解决问题的途径.
