| 摘 要： | 幽契是中国古代丧葬习俗中的重要组成部分，是生者为亡人制定的阴阳两界虚拟土地契约关系，是研究我国民风民俗难得的资料。湖北省竹山县发现的幽契对于了解本地区丧葬习俗及这一古老民风民俗的传承有着重要的意义。同时，也会对民间道教和汉水文化等研究提供新的材料。

| Abstract: | Spirit deed, the important component of funeral customs in ancient China, was the virtual filed contract for the dead in the hell made by the live and the important material to study China folk customs. The spirit deed found in Zhushan County, Hubei Province is of great significance to study the funeral customs and other folk customs. And the spirit deed will also do some help to study folk Taoism and Hanjiang River Culture. |
