调控改革心理的网络系统建设

随着改革的深入发展和社会结构的急剧变化而产生的不适应的心理状况,是我们当前构建和谐社会的“不和谐”因素,是阻碍改革发展的负面因素,我们称之为“负面的改革心理”(简称“改革心理”)。本文在前人研究的基础上,提出从构建社会支持网络系统的方法对改革心理进行调控。该系统从改革的主体、执行者、受益者、间接承受者和直接承受者的角度析取了政府部门、社区单位、各类咨询机构、家庭亲朋等初级群体和个人五大要素在调控网络中的地位和作用,强调整体优势。不同功能的发挥依赖于不同要素之间的相互配合。各个不同要素在实践过程中,还应积极探索新的有效的措施。

The construction of net system for modulating reformational psychology

Chinese reforms have been acquired great achievements, but it also brought a series of negative influences. Social structure is changing rapidly and it results in many social problems, furthermore, it is making the social psychological structure rapture. These negative situations of reformational psychology are an un - harmonious factor to construct our socialism harmonious society. It is contravention of our goal to build our socialism harmonious society, which is a decision made at the Fourth Plenum of the 16th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 2004. We must modulate these negative reformational psychologies. How to modulate? There have been done many scholar researches, but theirs methods cannot resolve these problems enough. In this article, the author analyzes the relationship between reformational psychology and the stability of society. Indicates the disadvantages of modulating situation in present period. On this basis, the author indicates that we have to build a social support net system in order to modulate the reformational psychology systematically. And study that what functions can do in what conditions.
