| 摘 要： | 如何提高思想政治工作的有效性，是目前思想政治教育工作者普遍关注的问题。针对这一问题，文章主要在对思想政治工作进行项目化管理、科学化运作方面做了一些探讨，借鉴了经济学的PDCA循环管理方法，从计划、执行、检查、行动四个方面着手，把思想政治工作纳入良性循环，实现其投入最小化、效应最大化，从而切实增强思想政治工作的有效性。

| Abstract: | How to heighten the validity of ideological political work is a general problem to which educational workers pay attention. The paper discusses the project-oriented management and scientific operation, using PDCA recurrent managerial approach to put ideological political work into beneficial cycle through schemes, execution, inspection and action, realize minimizing investment but maximization effect and enhance the validity of ideological political work. |
