礼仪社会整合的实现思考

礼仪的媒介功能和规范功能促使社会群体在互动过程中不断调节与群体间的矛盾,从而达到社会群体内部的整合以及社会群体间的整合,最终实现国家整合的目的。文中主要解析礼仪实现社会整合的过程。其作为一种具有标准化意义的外在符号,从最先被个体进行简单的外在模仿到把礼仪的外在符号渗透到个体的内心世界的内化过程、再到透过思维、行为方式体现出其内在的礼仪结构,形成礼仪行为惯习。当个体礼仪惯习成为群体惯习,最终促成共同的礼仪规范、共同的价值观确立。通过个体对礼仪的学习过程,将礼仪符号、礼仪规范联接起来,最终实现礼仪整合。

Thinking on Achieving Social Integration of Etiquette

Media function and norm function of etiquette can urge the social groups continuously to regulate the contradiction among groups during the interaction process,thereby achieving internal integration of social groups and integration among social groups and completing national integration at last.This article mainly analyzes the process of achieving the etiquette＇s social integration.The etiquette is a kind of external symbols with standardized meaning.The formation of etiquette behavior includes three stages： firstly,the individual carries on the simple external imitation;secondly the etiquette＇s external symbols permeate the individual inward world;thirdly,reflecting the internal etiquette through the thinking and behavior patterns.When the individual etiquette habit becomes the groups＇ etiquette habits,the common etiquettes and values become the norm at last.Through the micro-process of the individual learning the etiquette,the etiquette symbols and etiquette norms are connected,the etiquette integration is realized ultimately.
