基于企业网络化下协同效率的经济性分析

在企业网络化的大趋势下,越来越多的企业通过资源协同做大做强,通过挖掘协同效率的本质,着重分析了在企业网络化的市场环境下协同效率的两种形式:互补经济性和共用经济性。在此基础上,提出了企业要实现协同效率的两点建议:明晰协同效率产生的机理,系统思维,催生协同机会及科学掌握实现协同效率的手段。企业实现协同应以辨证的视角看待协同问题,扬长避短,构建协同效率的长效机制。
