| 摘 要： | 教育活动三个层次的内容,构成了教育发展、变化的逻辑结构,也构成了教育进步的逻辑基础。教育发展逻辑基础的建构途径,依次为教育观念更新、教育制度创新、教育文化建设和教师素质提高等。建构教育发展逻辑基础的一个重要内容是:立足于消除现行体制中的一个一个具体的弊端。

| Abstract: | The three levels of educational activities form the logic structure of the development and change of education,and also the logic basis for the development of education. The logic structure of the development of eduction is made up of the renewal of educational concept, educational system, educational culture and the improvement of the quality of teachers; and an important part of it is to get rid of the defects one by one in the current structure. |
