| 摘 要： | 二十一世纪是知识经济的时代，高校是知识创新的核心部分。本文从知识经济的时代要求出发，阐述了高校学生管理要把德育放在首位，加强学风建设，加强队伍建设，优化校园环境，营造高品位的校园文化，开展有效的社会实践活动。

| Abstract: | The 21st century will be the times of intellectual economy and higher institutions the key part of knowl-edge innovation. In light of the need of times, the paper expounds the view that higher institutions, in the course ofstudent management, should givre first priority to moral eucation, Stuengthen the construction of both academic at-mosphere and the ranks, improve the compus environment, construct a fine quality of compus culture, and carry outeffective social practical activities. |
