| 摘 要： | 民国时期，除却影响国立大学教师聘任的制度性因素外，各种非制度性因素的影响也极为重要。如校长之因素、熟人或准熟人的社会关系因素、乃至派系和个人利益甚至政治等因素都是其具体表现。而对此种现象的深入探讨，对于如今正在进行的大学教师聘任制改革不无裨益。
