摘    要:民国时期,除却影响国立大学教师聘任的制度性因素外,各种非制度性因素的影响也极为重要。如校长之因素、熟人或准熟人的社会关系因素、乃至派系和个人利益甚至政治等因素都是其具体表现。而对此种现象的深入探讨,对于如今正在进行的大学教师聘任制改革不无裨益。

Abstract:The period of the Republic of China,the affect factors to the teachers employ of National University are the institutional and non-institutional factors.The factors such as principals,acquaintances or quasi-acquaintances of social relations,and the factions,political or even personal interests are factors such as their specific performance.And the in-depth study of the phenomenon is benefit to the reform of university.
