| 摘 要： | 以人为本是认识素质教育的重要思想前提。广大教师应摒弃落后的学生观．牢固树立学生是学习的主体、每个学生都有潜力、学生是完整的个体、尊重每个学生等新的学生观，用新的学生观来指导自己的教学工作，培养适合社会发展的高素质人才。

| Abstract: | People foremost, not be overweening, is a precondition of cognition of education for aU-around development and important thinking of education for all-around development. Numbers of teachers should give up the old standpoint on students, and hard build up a new standpoint on students: students are principal part of learning, every student having potential, a student being full individual, respecting every student. They should instruct their educational work, and train high-calibre talents suiting for the society development. |
