| 摘 要： | 本文在分析我国本科教学评估专家队伍现状及存在评估人员认定不科学、队伍结构不合理、无定期培训制度等问题的基础上，提出了加强我国本科教学评估专家队伍建设的途径：实行资格证书制度、建立专家资源信息库、制定合理的专家培训制度。

| Abstract: | This thesis analyses the current situation of the expert group of undergraduate teaching evaluation and describes that the composing of staff is not scientific,structure is not reasonable and it has no regular system.It raises the approaches of strengthening the construction of the expert group of undergraduate teaching evaluation: carrying out certificating system,establishing database of experts,and formulating the regular training system of experts. |
